What to Expect at the Event
The Food Shop Hop highlights multicultural grocery stores and international food vendors throughout Uptown Saint John and the City Market. You will find authentic ingredients and recipes representing cultures from Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East. Over 10 participating businesses are ready to showcase their products. If a vendor operates outside the Uptown area, you will find their temporary stall inside the City Market.
How the Passport Works
You pick up a free map and passport at either entrance of the City Market. As you visit each participating store, you collect stamps and take home new recipe cards. Once you complete your passport, you enter a draw to win an International Ingredient Basket.
