Following the arrests, police conducted searches of the two men, their vehicle, and a residence on Queen Street. The searches uncovered a significant amount of evidence. Police seized several items, including:

• 123 grams of a substance believed to be cocaine
• 1 gram of a substance believed to be crack cocaine
• $3,108 in Canadian currency
• A baton and several knives
• Two boxes of shotgun ammunition
• A cell phone, digital scales, and electronic money counters
