To secure a spot, you must act fast. The booking deadline is Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (noon). All bookings are final, and no holds are permitted.

You can book by contacting Darrell Fountain, the City’s Sports Liaison, via email at Darrell.Fountain@saintjohn.ca. If you do not have an account with the city’s recreation booking system, you will need to create one online before your request can be processed.

All groups must have the required insurance coverage in place before a booking is confirmed. If your group needs coverage, it can be arranged through the City’s designated provider for a nominal fee.
