There is a brand new sewer line right to the city boundary in Renforth that has never been used due to a missing bridge link at the quarry. The waterline is there also.
Why are we going to pump sewerage all the way to Sagamore and into the river when it could be pumped to the Hazen Creek plant in Red Head and into the bay after treatment.
I checked with the city several years back and was told it could be done. It just needed a properly designed lift station out of the Kennebecasis Park lagoons.
